- Cancellation / Prepayment
Cancellation and prepayment policies vary according to room type. Please be informed about the conditions which apply to your preferred room:
- General Terms of Cancellation and Modifications:
– If the reservation is cancelled or modified up to 5 days before date of arrival, no fee will be charged.
– If the reservation is cancelled or modified later or in case of no-show, 100% of the advance payment will be charged.
- Non-Refundable Rate Terms:
Full or partial value of the services will be charged on the day of booking. Please note that in case of cancellation, modified or no show within the booking time, there will be no refund given. - Children and extra beds
FREE: One child under 7 years stays free of charge when using existing beds.
Any type of extra bed or baby coat is upon request and needs to be confirmed by management.
- Double rooms can be used as single by request.
- All rooms and public closed space areas of complex Arbanashki Han are non-smoking. Any violation will be resulted in charging an additional cleaning fee in extent of 200 BGN.
- The guests of the hotel are responsible for all damages caused to the
furniture, equipment and inventory of the hotel, as well as for the established
lack of part of it. All damages or losses during the stay at the hotel are paid
by the guests in full at market prices.
The hotel can charge your account or credit card with the
value of the missing items or damages and you will be notified within 2 hours
of leaving the hotel. - Pets are not allowed !
